PRESENT: Tracy Nangeroni, Aaron Simpson, Theodore Gallup, Paul Manson.
ABSENT: Charles Smith, David Montambeault, Helen Charpentier.
Also present: Holly Leonard.
The Chairperson called the meeting to order at 5:40 p.m.
Tax Lien Warrant:
Aaron S. made a motion to rescind the vote of January 31st to approve the lien warrant in the amount of 53,204.98, seconded by Theodore G., voted unanimously in the affirmative, so declared by the Chairperson.
Aaron S. made a motion to approve the lien warrant in the amount of $45,074.27, seconded by Paul M., voted unanimously in the affirmative, so declared by the Chairperson.
5:45 p.m. Aaron S. made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Theodore G., voted unanimously in the affirmative, so declared by the Chairperson.
